This senior level position is an advanced position appropriate for more experienced valuation professionals whose primary function is the completion of both simple and complex appraisal and consulting assignments with minimal oversight. Advanced experience with at least one of the major property types (multi-tenant office, retail, industrial and multi-family) is required. Strong Discounted Cash Flow modeling experience is a plus. This is a fantastic growth position for an experienced valuation professional interested in leveraging off a top tier national firm while gaining local and national exposure to both single property and portfolio level assignments. | Requirements: |
- State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser License
- College degree (BS or BA). Emphasis in economics, finance, real estate, urban planning or MBA a plus
- 3-5 years of commercial appraisal experience
- Strong self starter
- Advanced analytical skills
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills with particular emphasis on Word & Excel
- Argus skills a tremendous plus but not required
