Appraisal Institute designated members have met rigorous requirements relating to education, testing, experience and demonstration of knowledge, understanding and ability. Appraisal Institute associate members may be pursuing an Appraisal Institute designation. All members of the Appraisal Institute agree to abide by the organization's Code of Professional Ethics and Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (which include the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice).
